The website is meant to be a personal space for me (lnphi/Phi), however, due to some of the content on the website, I felt it to be necessary to include the following information before proceeding. Phi.RIP is a personal website project created, developed and led by one person, lnphi (Phi). It is not backed or supported by any legal company.
The website is meant to be displayed on a desktop or laptop computer with a horizontal screen resolution of at least 1280 pixels and a vertical resolution of at least 640 pixels. It is not intended to be viewed on a mobile device. To view the website on a mobile device, it is advised to enable the Desktop View mode in the mobile browser, rotating the device to Landscape Mode and zooming out completely. The page should not be able to be scrolled horizontally.
The website is stylized after the Y2K design language reminescent of the late 1990s and early 2000s, however it uses modern web technologies to achieve some functions. It also cannot be accessed using plain HTTP. Because of this, it cannot be viewed on era-appropriate hardware. There will likely be no attempts at relinquishing this because it would pose significant development challenges and potential security issues.
The website is developed and owned by queer personnel. As such, some of the views and opinions resemble this fact. The website contains explicit references and parts of the queer culture. Any hateful or discriminatory comments towards the queer community are not allowed.
The website might seldom contain mature language such as common swear words and reclaimed slurs in a self-referential context. As such, it is advised that you be at least 16 years of age before proceeding to the website.
The website does not contain any NSFW/NSFL graphical or auditory material such as pornography or gore. It is unlikely it ever will, however if it does, such material will be clearly marked and available only to people over the age of 18.
The website's owner is a furry, and prominently displays her furry character "Phi the Lynx" on the website. The website also features passages written from the perspective of "Phi the Lynx", which include furry-related language, such as meowing.
The website contains flashing images and colorful elements which may trigger eye strain in vulnerable people. If you suffer from photosensitivity it may be advised to use the website at a lower screen brightness or avoid using it entirely.
The website is fully human-authored and does not feature content generated by Artificial Intelligence algorithms. All images, code, text, video, music and other content have been either manually created by the website developers or screened for Artificial Intelligence interference.
Phi.RIP has a strict policy against the use of generative models in the creation of art.
"PHI.RIP", "Phi the Lynx" and all graphical content is owned by lnphi and is only permitted for use on PHI.RIP and in other projects managed by lnphi. Do not reuse or distribute assets unless permitted by lnphi in writing.
